What is it about?
This workshop will focus on the exchange of practical experiences and knowledge sharing. We invite all participants to have a brainstorming session together. In the workshop, all participants will conceptualize an art project planning together by implementing own producing experiences into it. Learning by sharing, we re-investigate the angle of project planning, practice forward-thinking in professional planning and producing through dialogue, communication and sharing.


How would the workshop be conducted?
Before workshop
After registration, you will receive a copy of art project planning worksheet. You are required to conceptualize the art project based on the given context by playing with your great imaginations and implementing your experience in producing.
Please fill in the worksheet and email it to inxoproductions@gmail.com by 6th July.

During the workshop
Brainstorming time!
Based on the art project plans submitted by all participants, Yukio Nitta assembles an integrated art project plan, lead a dialogue with all participants.
Through this learning process, it helps to build a better understanding of professional planning as a producer.

Where will the workshop be conducted?
It will be conducted via Zoom*. You will be emailed access instructions closer to the workshop date. Hence, you will be prompted to download the Zoom app on your phone or computer for this workshop.


Who is Yukio Nitta?
💠Born in Tokyo Japan, Yukio Nitta graduated from MA in Graduate Institute of Arts Administration and Management, Taipei National University of the Arts.
💠He is an independent producer with extensive experiences in international collaborations.
💠He ventured into contemporary theatre, Taiwanese Opera, contemporary dance, tech art, street dance and pop music.
💠In the past few years, he has worked with performance groups including Guling Street Avant-garde Theatre, YiLab, Shakespeare’s Wild Sisters Group and Huang Yi Studio+.
💠He also worked with festivals including Kuandu Arts Festival, Taipei Arts Festival, Taipei Fringe Festival and TPAM-Performing Arts Meeting in Yokohama.

關於工作坊
本工作坊將側重於經驗的交流與知識的共享,邀請參與成員一起腦力激蕩,運用自身策劃執行經驗,共同策劃一個藝術展演項目,盡可能藉由對話、交流與分享的方式學習,重新檢視企劃書寫的角度,引導大家更具備專業策劃與製作的前瞻思維。

工作坊如何進行?

工作坊之前
成功報名後,您將會受到一份藝術展演的企劃表。請在提供的情境下,發揮自己的想象力與工作執行經驗,構思企劃您想要的活動樣貌。
請於7月6日前,將企劃表發送至inxoproductions@gmail.com 。

工作坊當天
腦力大激蕩!
導師將根據大家提供的計劃內容,和大家進行對話與交流,現場進行細節拆解與重組, 提供適當的建議, 集結眾力完成一份企劃。通過這個學程,希望能建立大家對專業策劃製作更進一步的認知與操作。

💠出生於日本東京,國立臺北藝術大學藝術行政管理研究所畢業
💠從事現代劇場、傳統戲曲、科技藝術、現代舞、街舞、流行音樂等表演藝術獨立製作
💠參與關渡藝術節、臺北藝穗節、臺北藝術節等節目製作與行銷
💠近年合作團體包含莎士比亞的妹妹們的劇團、黃翊工作室等
